About Save Lanes

Toronto’s protected bike lanes are worth defending.

Save Lanes is a non-profit, volunteer-led campaign created by Ontario residents who are angry about the planned removal of protected bike lanes—and motivated to make Toronto better.

We are a coalition of cyclists, drivers, and pedestrians from downtown Toronto and communities across Ontario. We may move through the city differently, but we share an interest in streets that are safer, better connected, and built to work for everyone.

We believe safer streets, thriving main streets, and public money spent wisely are not competing goals. They belong together.

Our claims link to the underlying government reports, research, and reporting. The action links on this site direct people to existing efforts, including CycleTO’s Defend Bloor campaign.
